Windeler

Douglas Windeler started his business in 2020 after many years in the Dyson R&D department. After a hugely successful Kickstarter funding campaign he went full time on his new venture.

We’ve been there from the start as Douglas valued the importance of quality imagery - “Because of the high tolerance, precise nature of the product it was important to show it in its best light and it was obvious to me that good photography was key to this”.

A strong initial brief was given to us, which we developed further whilst always considering the budget constraints of a start up company. “Working with Article was fantastic. We had a rough brief and visual style we were aiming for but Lenny really helped define how the images should be set up and gave us really good creative input. This meant the whole set of photos was much more visually engaging than my initial early ideas”.

It’s been a real privilege to follow the progress of this growing company - vicariously living the start up life! We’ve seen products refined and new additions to the range come through the studio doors over the years and look forward to more in the future.
